At our March 11 meeting we enjoyed a presentation about suffragettes by Elizabeth and Julie. Our chapter regent's granddaughter also played the violin for us. We enjoyed food and drinks colored purple, white, and green in honor of the English suffragettes. Some Daughters even arrived in period outfits! Enjoy the slideshow of photos from the day below. |
